Our Working Process

We manage ecommerce store completely from start to finish including top selling winning products research, product listing, product SEO optimization, order fulfillment, refund and return management, inventory management, customer support, sales-boosting and more.

We actually manage our client’s e-commerce store completely for monthly profit sharing basis. We make profit first in their store and then we charge our percentage from the net profit. For example, if we manage your store in January and generate a profit on your store then we will charge you a percentage of the net profit in January. We will charge you at the end of the month after managing your store. We manage Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Shopify stores on a profit percentage basis. The amount of our percentage depends on which marketplace your store is on.

To calculate sales and profit, we use google spreadsheet where we upload Sold Price, Suppliers Price, Shipping Fee, Tax, Cash Profit, Profit Margin, ROI (Return On Investment) etc. Follow the spreadsheet, here is one month sales history.

Two Step Dropshipping

It’s one of our client store’s sheet. We have just used it here to give you an example. Hope this will help you to understand.

  • Total Sold Price: $66,865.30
  • Supplier Price: $33,656.23
  • Tax Fee: $338.55
  • Total Cash Profit: $22,839.02
  • Profit Margin: 55.78%

After carrying all expenses, we made more than $20K profit with 55% ROI (Return On Investment) on this store.

Order Fulfillment Process

We generate sales organically in the store by the search results and our focus to win BUY BOX. It helps us to grow sales and increase profit margin because there is no advertisement cost to make sales. When an order comes in the store, we source the product at a lower price from suppliers. 

Let’s See An Example order:

  1. We get a $100 order on our store.
  2. We order the products on supplier for $50 to ship it warehouse.
  3. The warehouse charges $3 for Pick-Pack & Labeling.
  4. We purchase label from USPS, FedEx, UPS for $8 to ship the products.

So, our total cost for this order is $61. After deducting 15% marketplaace fees, they pay us $85.00. So we make $24.00 net profit from this order. If we get on average 25 orders daily then the profit will be $600 per day. At the end of the month, we make ($600×30)= $18,000 net profit from this store.

Note: This calculation is just an example. You may get more or less profit on your store. It’s an estimate only to help you understand the potential.

We use multiple user-friendly methods for our client communication like Email, WhatsApp, Skype, Telegram and our Project Management Software. But we suggest you WhatsApp for communication, most of our clients use WhatsApp for communication and they are too much comfortable with that. WhatsApp has emerged as a popular platform for client communication due to its numerous advantages.
